Anko Jeolpyeon is a Korean flat rice cake steamed and embellished with decorative patterns.They are prepared with glutinous rice, and is infused with different ingredients such as red bean, almond, and mugwort. Before they are served, each cake is brushed with sesame oil, which prevents them from sticking and adds a subtle sesame flavor.Anko Jeolpyeon are usually enjoyed as a sweet everyday treat, but they are also traditionally served at weddings and tea ceremonies.These rice cakes can be cooked on a frying pan to enjoy them as crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside like Hotteok!

Tteok colors may vary from time to time.Requests for specific colors are available for bulk orders only. Each machine roll produces 15 packs per tteok type, making 15 packs the minimum quantity for bulk orders.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Please read before placing an order. 1. Traditional tteok is freshly made every morning; therefore, a 1-day lead time is required for all orders. 2. Traditional tteok contains NO preservatives. 3. We highly recommend placing your order early and consuming the tteok earlier in the day for best quality. 4. Tteok is ready to eat. If there are leftovers, refrigerate but do not freeze. Reheat by microwaving or steaming before consuming. 5. Powdery tteok varieties are more sensitive and spoil faster (e.g., all Injeolmi variants, Sirutteok, Hobak Maritteok, Gyeongdan). We highly recommend consuming these within the same day.
