HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Click on the profile icon at the upper right-hand corner of the site and then click 'Register.'
Under create account, enter the needed information and once you're done, click the Register button.
And you're good to go!
You can also create an account directly after placing an order. Your delivery address and the order details will then be saved.

Although it is not compulsory, we are usually experiencing high volume of orders daily we might not be able to cater your same-day orders especially in bulk.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Your order can be modified before it reaches the kitchen.

CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we can let the kitchen team know before it starts preparing your order.
Because once the order goes in the process, it can not be changed. Your order is considered sold.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE MY FOOD?
Our dishes are always freshly cooked and we don't pre-cook our dishes.
It may take longer than others depending on the type of dishes, that's why we don't accept rush orders.
We are receiving a large volume of orders daily and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. So, we highly recommend placing your orders in advance.
You will receive an SMS or email notification as soon as your order is dispatched and on its way.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
The shipping fee is automatically calculated upon checkout on our website, based on your pinned location.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
While we prepare orders as quickly as possible, booking a rider may take time, and this can affect delivery speed.
Delivery time may also vary depending on the time of day and weather conditions. However, you can track your order and receive real-time notifications from our delivery partners.
DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS?
Yes, in order to provide all customers with a wide range of available dish and to ensure on-time delivery of your meal, we request you to order bulk quantity at least 2 days in advance.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions as of the moment.
DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
Please be reminded that orders are prepared and cooked all at the same time depending on your chosen delivery date. If we prioritize specific orders, our delivery to other clients will be delayed.
To be fair with everyone, please do not place orders for rush delivery, we can only accommodate orders following the cut off and dispatch times only. We cannot rush food preparation as well as the delivery to avoid any accidents.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?
We always pack your orders properly.
We also include delivery notes for the riders to take extra care of the package. Once we have handed over your order(s) to the third party courier, we are no longer responsible for any issue(s) associated with the delivery. However, we can assist you to escalate with the respective third party service provider, kindly send us photos and/or video evidence so we can reimburse and take action accordingly.
