Shipping Policy

Usually, we ship orders within 20 minutes to 1 hour from the time order was placed, depending on the type of dish and quantity of your order. Except for pre-orders, weekends and public holidays.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking details through email and/or contact number. 

Delivery Dispatch
Deliveries are done across Metro Manila and nearby provinces within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please note that deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, road closures/repairs, subdivision/village security checks, and something out of human control. We shall keep you posted during such events.

Note: Please do not place an order for rush delivery. If we prioritize specific orders, our delivery to other clients will be delayed. We will let you know once the food is ready for pickup. Kindly wait for our update before booking a rider. The name in your booking should match your submitted order form.

Delivery Charges
In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Delivery Courier
We primarily use Grab, Lalamove and Borzo Delivery for our deliveries. We can deliver anywhere as long as the courier considers your area serviceable.

Food Packing
Busan Kitchen will pack your food properly. We also include notes and remind the riders to take extra care of the package. Once we have handed over your order(s) to the third-party courier, we are no longer responsible for any issue(s) associated with the delivery. However, we can assist you to be in touch with the respective third-party courier provider, kindly send us photos and or/video evidence so we can take action accordingly.
