PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Garae comes from the verb Gaeuda which means "to divide". Since it is always divided into pieces before you cook it. This freshly made garaetteok can be easily incorporated into various dishes such as Sotteok Sotteok, tteokguk soup, and tteokbokki.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please read before placing an order.

1.Traditional tteok is freshly made every morning; therefore, a 1-day lead time is required for all orders.

2.Traditional tteok contains NO preservatives.

3.Garaetteok is NOT ready-to-eat. This product is raw and must be cooked before consumption. For longer shelf life, store in the freezer. However, to maintain its texture and prevent cracking due to over-freezing, it is recommended to store it in the chiller instead.
