PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Samsaek Namul comes from the tradition of Koreans paying respect to their ancestors. One of the rules of this tradition is to have a plate of three-colored vegetables: specifically white, black/brown, and green. This trio gosari (fernbraken), sigeumchi (spinach) & Korean radish/kongnamul are slightly sweet and soothing, with a soft yet slightly crunchy texture that’s perfectly balanced. It’s also a perfect addition to your bibimbap!
