PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Ganjang gejang is a Korean soy-marinated raw crab, reigning as the king of all ‘rice thief’ dishes. The term ‘rice thief’ (or ‘bap doduk’ [밥도둑]) is commonly used in Korea for dishes so flavorful that you’ll find yourself eating more rice than usual. This Korean delicacy features crabs cured in an umami-packed, delicious soy sauce-based marinade. The tender, subtly sweet crab meat beautifully harmonizes with the rich and savory flavors of the marinade, creating an irresistible culinary experience.

DISCLAIMER:

The presence of crab eggs may vary. The only time we can confirm whether a crab has eggs is when it is opened after marination, which is done only at the time of dispatch. Opening the crab in advance will disrupt the fermentation process. While most crabs contain eggs, this is not guaranteed. Please manage expectations and do not place an order if crab eggs are a requirement. Cancellations are not allowed.
