Ojingeo-twigim is enjoyed for a deep, umami flavor and satisfying crunch. A joy with every crispy morsel coated in a light batter just holding together a squid. It is coated with sweet potato flour for a slightly sweet taste. This came all the way from Busan, South Korea! 🇰🇷

  • If you order raw, store them in the freezer to extend their lifespan 
  • To prepare, use a little oil and fry for just 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy
