1. Traditional tteok is freshly made every morning; therefore, a 1-day lead time is required for all orders.
2. Traditional tteok contains NO preservatives.
3. We highly recommend placing your order early and consuming the tteok earlier in the day for best quality.
4. Tteok is ready to eat. If there are leftovers, refrigerate but do not freeze. Reheat by microwaving or steaming before consuming.
5. Powdery tteok varieties are more sensitive and spoil faster (e.g., all Injeolmi variants, Sirutteok, Hobak Maritteok, Gyeongdan). We highly recommend consuming these within the same day.
